I was having horrible muscle cramps in my old pair of running shoes. They disappeared immediately when I switched to a new pair of these Gel Cumulus 23s. I love the stretch material and how that is continuous throughout the shoe, overriding the need for a tongue. Shoe feels like it melds perfectly with my foot as I run. Great balance of support and cushioning.
