Important Information Regarding Your National Running Center Account

As you may have heard, we’ve transitioned to a new online platform to better serve our customers’ needs, in a more responsive, easy to use manner.

It’s the same great National Running Center experience you’ve come to expect, but with a new look, easier checkout, and wider selection of products.

How do I access my account, order history and PR Club benefits?

Don’t worry, your PR Benefits have carried over to our new site! To take advantage, simply sign into your account. Please be sure to use the same email address associated with your PR Club account. Your benefits will automatically apply at checkout!

From within the new account page, you can view order status, history, and more. We’re happy to help you with finding any order information from our old website. To do so, just send us an email, and one of our customer service representatives will get right back to you!

How do I redeem my gift cards?

All gift card balances have been carried over as well! To redeem, on the checkout page, simply enter a zero, and your 6-digit NRC gift card code. For example, if your gift certificate code is 123456, enter 0123456 on the checkout page, and your credit will be applied to your order.
