Right and good fit for an old dude still in shape (walks/jogs/lifts hard), waist is good, but age body belly changes that can't change unless starve.

My Favorite

These are my favorite running shorts. There are 3 pockets to hold everything: keys, tissue, gels, and even my phone! The material is supremely light and dry, and the brief liner is the only comfortable option for me. I highly recommend!
